At Kannah Creek the brewpub our philosophy is simple, handcrafted food using the finest ingredients with our friends in mind. House made bread fresh our of the oven daily. Brick oven pizzas with the finest cheeses, meats, vegetables, and homemade sauces. Creative combinations of flavors as well as some classics from the old country.
As for the beer, this is the original Kannah Creek Brewery where Jimbo’s passion for fermentation took root and for over a decade now we’ve been brewing with love. We have 13 beers on tap and we give our brewers creative license to push the boundaries of classic beer styles as well as pay tribute to hundreds of years of tradition.
We have a full bar featuring premium spirits, including some local favorites.
Closely involved in our local community, we have monthly fundraisers to support nonprofits in our community.
Chicken Enchilada Dip
A mixture of cheddar and cream cheese with shredded chicken, green onions, jalapenos, and green chilis all baked in our brick oven. Served with tri-colored tortilla chips. 9

Palisade peaches sliced on top of our house made dough with a garlic oil base, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, red onions, bacon and almond slices. All of it drizzled with balsamic reduction. 10″ for 12 16″ for 22

Strawberry Limeade Gin and Tonic
Fresh strawberries muddled with gin and lime juice. Served in a stemless wine glass and topped off with tonic water. Choose from any four of the Colorado made gins!
