As the number of breweries in Colorado and across the nation continues to grow we are forever grateful for our loyal fans and friends that continue to support Kannah Creek.
This year we added a new restaurant to the Kannah family in Fruita, Kannah Creek West. Fruita is an amazing, growing city becoming very popular due to the world-class biking trails as well as a plethora of other amazing outdoor activities. We’ve met so many wonderful people in the Fruita community and have been able to spread our love of craft beer to even more people.

Our first release, Biere du Framboise continues to get national recognition for its world class flavors in publications like Beer and Brewing Magazine. The Apricot and Hop Citrus Zest Sours followed suit for a lineup of sessionable sours perfect for hot summer days. The fall addition to the sour series, Peach Sour, was flavored with fresh peaches from our friends at Palisade Peach Ranch and was part of our fall “Farm to Bottle” movement. Our second small batch series, the Sunlit Series incorporated that support and continued our “Farm to Bottle” trend. The series featured three flavors of light, crisp blonde ales flavored with Apricot, Peach, and Pear. All produce from right in our backyard.[/cs_text][x_image type=”thumbnail” src=”http://www.kannahcreekbrewingco.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/MG_1395-2.jpg” alt=”” link=”false” href=”#” title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””][cs_text]The entire craft beer community has been recognized for supporting local charities and donates millions of dollars a year through various events. In 2016 Kannah Creek donated nearly $20,000 to various charities through fundraisers and events hosted at Kannah locations as well as through direct donations. Firkin Fundraisers, MS Week at the Creek, Western Colorado Craft Beer Celebration, and KAFM’s Radio Daze are some of Kannah’s biggest charitable events that continue to grow year after year thanks to the wonderful support of the community.
It has been a busy year at Kannah Creek full of successes and obstacles that have taught our staff new lessons and made our goals for 2017 more clear. We will continue to perfect our beer and improve our involvement in the community, it’s looking like it could be the best year yet. [/cs_text][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]
